Position Overview:

- Manage projects from start to finish

- Prepare estimates

- Maintain client relations

- Prepare and coordinate shop drawings

- Prepare cut lists and flashing shop cards

- Procurement of major materials

- Make transport arrangements for materials

- Requisition tools, fasteners, safety equipment

- Prepare job schedule information

- Coordinate revisions and change orders

- Responsible for project budgets

- Problem solve and troubleshoot

- Look for competitive advantage and sales opportunities

- The candidate must have experience with metal cladding systems

- Construction industry experience (field or office)

- Technical Diploma (Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology) or related industry experience is desirable

- Proficient in the MS office suite

- Positive attitude is a must

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Strong Math skills

- AutoCAD knowledge an asset but not required

- Professional demeanor

- Drive to succeed and advance with the company
