Thermal Systems was first established in 1985 and has since become a leading distributor, fabricator and installer of a wide-range of construction products on architectural and industrial construction projects throughout Western Canada.

The ideal candidate will have 3 - 5 years of experience in at least one of the areas of metal cladding, metal roofing systems or metal decking.

Position Overview:

- Prepares estimates

- Maintains client relations

- Prepares and coordinates shop drawings

- Prepares cut lists and flashing shop cards

- Procurement of major materials

- Make transport arrangements for materials

- Requisition tools, fasteners, and safety equipment

- Prepares job schedule information

- Coordinates revisions and change orders

- Responsible for project budgets

- Problem solves and troubleshoots

- Looks for competitive advantage and sales opportunities

- Metal Cladding, metal roofing systems, or decking knowledge

- Construction industry experience (field or office)

- Technical Diploma (Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Engineering Technology) or related industry experience is desirable

- Proficient in MS office suite

- Positive attitude is a must

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Strong Math skills

- AutoCAD knowledge is an asset
